You can easily use this link to connect with your companies account in Employee Navigator. You can obtain the identifier from your employer to create an account if needed.

Wellness Providers

Life gets busy but making time to take care of you is an important part of keeping up your health and overall wellness.

Wyoming Health Fairs is in the Cigna network, and can provide Biometric Full Blood Panel Screening: participants will receive an annual overview of their current health and a “score” that goes along with it. The reports and analysis may be used by the participant with their Medical Provider. Please note: Pricing will vary.
Associated Employers utilizes the It Starts With Me program. Health plan participants are allowed one free screening per plan year, the cost of the health screen will be submitted to your wellness benefit.
